CONTRIBUTIONS

As part of our overall commitment to good corporate governance, we are dedicated to act in a
socially responsible manner. To help preserve our natural environment, biodegradeable plastic
and FSC paper are deployed in the production. To benefit the communties, we donate part of
our returns to charitable organization every year. Toytech understands children are the future
of our communities. Thus in 2007, we contributed to the construction of a primary school to
combat illiteracy in Yunnan, a rural mountainous area in China. The second school is planning
in ShanXi. As part of the new philanthropic initiatives, we have committed to child-sponsorship
in Africa and China to promote education and healthcare of our young generation.
